Protector Chronicles: Apocalypse

This might be the last Role Play on this board...it's been four years and the forum has never been TRULY active. So I've been thinking of shutting it down PERMANENTLY. I want just one last role play here...

Protector Chronicles:
It takes place about 100 years after the Nintendo Hotel series. The G.P.P.C. (Main characters) have gone their separate ways. Jenny had left Gamer Planet after giving up her life force to seal the gate to Oblivion, but she returned with a man about her age named Hunter, who says he is Brent's father. Tony has married Blake (Gabe Logan's daughter) and is living in an undisclosed area. Mike is working in Gabe Logan's agency as basically a wiz. Max had died and was turned into a Celestial Guardian and lost all of his memories, however he is slowly regaining them, but he and the other Celestial Guardians are being hypnotized to work for the Tabuuko. Link had lived a full life but died in battle, he has come back to life as his younger incarnation. Tidus is working in the agency after Yuna had died as a result of friendly fire. Anakin, Obi-Wan and Padme have died naturally and have gone on to the Farplane. Bosco, Faith, Mikey and Bobby are working in the agency. Ahsoka Tano (Anakin's padawan) is still alive and is going to help our heroes defeat the evil. Hope Ellison (OC) is currently a Frontier Brain on Far-Away Island, she is currently going to rejoin Gabe Logan's Agency. And Gabe Logan and Lian Xing (Syphon Filter) have both died and come out of the Farplane to run their agency. Now, Gamer Planet is facing the threat of the ressurection Tabuu.

Tabuu himself is the creator of Gamer Planet, however, he was also a god that governed another land in ancient times. He was a just god, until he heard a prophesy that a daughter of royal blood would take him down. So he obliterated the land and its people, that is, except for the the king's infant daughter and two of his servants who escaped to Jenny's world. So the princess lived life as a normal human in that world and started a family, where the blood of these people runs thick through to Jenny's generation (which explains why Jenny and Brent have brown hair and blue eyes even though their mother and father (respectively) have dominant traits that would come in over their ressesive traits). However, just in case the daughter would survive, he split his being in half and the split half up into 10 different-yet mortal beings that have been surpressed by ten different relics. It has been concluded that Jenny's the "daughter of royal blood" and she's the original, and only chosen one that would defeat Tabuu once and for all and save Gamer Planet. Now, she has to find a way to find her own strength to fight Tabuu when he ressurect him.

Brent, Cyrus, Vera, Kun, Emily, Etsune, Max and Kat had ventured into the ancient world and found the first relic, the Stone Relic and released the first Tabuuko, Korector. Then they went to Puzzle Village to rendevous with Bosco, Faith and Mikey. There, they found the next relic, the Laa relic and released Koignis. Then after a while, they found the third relic, the Water Relic and released the third Tabuuko, Komare

Part 1

This Role Play's Story:
After setting up a more militant system in the Agency, a small team has been sent out to the forest of the Ignotus Continent to redevous with some contacts and to make their way to a hidden tomb to get an energy source.

Shadow: A great warrior who has amzing powers that he draws from an unknown source. Dread seeks this powerful force, however cannot obtain it for himself because of unknown reasons, so he just uses Shadow for his own deeds. Shadow is happy to do this because Dread replaced his arm when it was hacked off in combat. This arms is able to change from a regular arm to any type of sword (except magical ones) and then back to a regular arm again.



Daren: A once Grey Warden (Dragon Age Orgins) who has come to Gamer Planet hoping to help defeat Tabuu. He can sense darkspawn, though in return they can sense him. He also knows how to conjure a few basic spells as well as make potions, poisons, and traps using simple household ingredients. Finally, he is extremely pursuasive and is not easily fooled by anyone.

Teresa: Okay, you guys, you need to deploy your parachute at the exact time I say so
Jenny: And that means you don't deploy at any other time or you'll end up dead at the bottom of a cliff! Max!
Max: Hey, you got it.
The door opened
Jenny: I feel like The Joy!
Rachel: The Joy?
Jenny: I'll explain later.
The team (that's EVERYONE on the team) performed a HALO jump to the ground

Jenny: Just like Naked Snake
She checked to see if her backpack was still on
Jenny: Glad that wasn't like Metal Gear Solid 3
Jenny got up and walked over to the cliff, which was the rendevous point for the team. The cliff overlooked their destination, The Hidden Tomb. Rachel and Max came in from different directions.
Rachel: That's the hidden tomb
Max: It's not so hidden anymore, is it?
Jenny: Well researchers discovered this place last month, I thought it'd be in the desert though.
Rachel: When you think about it, the jungle would be a better hiding place.
Jenny: I guess you're right

subaru arrived at the rock

Subaru: is that were we are going

Yuki: I WON I WON

Katonmaru:...

Jenny: Yeah, hey where's Darren? Teresa?
Teresa: He landed off course and isn't responding
Jenny: He must've landed off course and fell unconsious, alright, where is he?
Teresa: Two clicks south of your position.
Jenny: You got it.
They set off to find Darren

Subaru followed

Katonmaru was trying hard to beat yuki, but she kept winning

The group found Darren unconsious on the ground
Max: Whoa, what do you think happened to him?
Jenny: I dunno, it looks like you're gonna have to carry him until he wakes up later
Max sighed
Max: Alright,
Max carried Darren using the fireman's carry
Jenny: Alright, oh, I almost forgot,
Jenny reached into her backpack, took out the Mk. II and activated it. It started to move on it's own
Jenny: Huh?
She managed to manually open the screen and saw Gabe facing away from the screen apparently playing something.
Jenny: (Changed frequency) Gabe...?
Gabe stopped and turn towards the camera
Jenny: (Changed frequency) I'm willing to forget what you were just doing. Honnestly, you're like a teenager!
Gabe: Sorry, I was doing something...alright, let's go over the mission plan. You need to rendevous with your contacts.
Rachel: Just who are our contacts anyway?
Gabe: Classified.
Jenny: Hey, you never keep any secrets,
Gabe: I have good reason to
Jenny: Why?
Gabe: It's a surprise
Jenny: NOW YOU'RE JUST TALKING ME IN CIRCLES!

Subaru laughed abit, though he didnt know why

meanwhile

Katonmaru was about to beat Yuki, then she pulled off some realy great move, and complty beat him

Katonmaru: wtf!

Yuki: hehe, i win again

Jenny: Why won't you tell us?
Gabe: You'll know when you meet them.
Jenny: I can hardly wait.
The group started for the rendevous point

Daren all of a sudden wakes up with a jolt.

Daren: Damnit, why am i always the one that gets knocked out? I swear to the maker...............

Daren continues to mumble to himself
