Basically the storyline of Sonic Adventure 2: Battle with some of my characters in it, so...yeah.

Hero Story:
Tidus is arrested by the G.U.N. (eh, go look it up, it's a Sonic term) because it is reported that he was involved in a robbery of a mysterious jewel that was in the Gamer City Museum. Now he must escape and the heros must help him clear his name.

Dark Story:
Seymour ventures out to G.U.N.'s Prison Island to find the Ultimate Life Form...but he finds Shuyin instead. So Shuyin tells of a Jewel that could grant him world domination. And...that's basically what you need to know about them.

Knuckles the Echidna-Probably Anakin, but it's still open
Shadow the Hedgehog-Shuyin

Other characters are welcome. Oh, this is after Adventures in Glitching but before the story, just to let you know.

Okay then, I think I'll start the Dark Side first because it comes first in the storyline.

Dark Side
Seymour was entering G.U.N.'s base in a Machine Walker with Ganondork in it
Seymour: Now! I can get Professor Gerald Robotnik's Ultimate Lfe Form! Shadow the Hedgehog!
Ganondrof: Wasn't that the guy who gave us directions here?
Seymour: Oh...well it can't help to look!

Hero Side
In the Nintendo Hotel, everyone was bored,
Tony: I am so bored...I wish...
Max: No!
Tony: ...something would happen
Max: Everytime you say that something bad happens
Jenny: That's true,
Tony: Why do you agree with him?
Max: Maybe because I'm older...
Tony: ...by one year...
Max: ...that makes all the difference!

(Not long, but you need to wait until Seymour discovers Shuyin and he steals the Chaos Overlord Jewel, however, we do need a character like Rouge the Bat, a treasure hunter that sides with Seymour, Ganonrdof and Shuyin)

Tidus look-alike: That's where Shadow used to lie, he's no longer here
Ganondorf: So now we can't rule the world
Tidus look-alike: Rule the World? I'll help you! At the Gamer City Museum, there is an ancient artifact called the Chaos Overlord Jewel
Ganondork: Okay, then...I'll...
Tidus look-alike: No, I'll get the Jewel, meet me in the Research Center of the Space Colony ARK
Seymour: ...okay?

Hero Side
Anakin: ...you know what, I'll just go to the Chaos Emerald Shrine to...I dunno, go there
Anakin went to the Chaos Emerald Shrine (If you going to have a character like Rouge the Bat, please have him/her come in)
Jenny: ...Later...

Boba attacks first! Flame Thrower! 8000 damage to all!

Boba went in, neutralized the guards and took all of the 7 Chaos Emeralds.
Boba: Mission accomplished.
